If for any reason your jewel does not meet the standard you expect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The piece must remain in its original condition, unworn and accompanied by its packaging, as every detail of presentation is part of our legacy.

Upon approval, you may choose between:

• An exchange for another creation, continuing the journey of your heritage.

• A refund to the original method of payment, honoring your trust as our most valuable treasure.

Please note that bespoke or engraved creations — jewels crafted uniquely for you — are final, as they carry your personal legacy within them.
